Duties

- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing friendly and professional assistance at all times
- Manage multi-line phone systems to handle reservations, inquiries, and guest requests efficiently
- Check guests in and out using hotel management software, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options to enhance guest experiences
- Assist with guest services such as luggage handling, room changes, and special requests
- Maintain front desk operations by answering phones promptly with proper phone etiquette and managing guest inquiries




- Support overall hotel operations by coordinating with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments as needed
- Assist the Housekeeping Department in day to day operations

Skills

- Multilingual or bilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Strong phone etiquette and experience managing multi-line phone systems
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred but not required; training provided for motivated candidates
- Knowledge of guest services standards and hospitality best practices
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Clear communication skills and a professional appearance to represent the hotel positively

Pay: $18.25 per hour
