Responsibilities

- Assist with planting, pruning, watering, and caring for trees
- Operate hand tools and mechanical equipment safely
- Perform heavy lifting tasks such as moving trees, soil bags, and supplies
- Support harvesting by preparing trees for sale

Skills

- Familiarity with hand tools such as pruners, shovels, rakes, and wheelbarrows
- Ability to perform basic math for measurements and quantities
- Physical strength for heavy lifting and outdoor activity in various weather conditions
- Gardening experience or interest in plant care and landscape maintenance is a plus
- Solid attention to detail, safety awareness, and a positive team attitude

This role is perfect for individuals eager to work outdoors while gaining valuable skills in horticulture and farm management.

Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 45.0 per week
