Stott HVAC Systems Inc. is growing, and we're looking for a Lead HVAC Installer and/or Service Technician to join our team and start immediately!

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Lead and complete HVAC installations, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and service calls.
- Work independently and alongside our team to deliver quality workmanship and outstanding customer service.
- Service residential heating and cooling systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, air handlers, boilers, in-floor heating, snow melt systems, ductless systems, tankless water heaters, and custom ductwork.
- Build strong relationships with existing customers while helping us serve new ones.
- Take ownership of your work, solve problems, and continually improve your skills.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Ideally, 5+ years of HVAC experience, with strong installation and/or service knowledge.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a willingness to go the extra mile.
- Someone who takes initiative, learns from mistakes, and strives to get better every day.
- A team player who can also work independently and take responsibility for getting the job done right.
- A growth mindset, a desire to learn, and the ambition to become the best at what you do.
