We are looking for results-driven Marketing Executives to join our team and help us further grow our business.

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing Executive to support the growth and expansion of our multimedia advertising platforms. This role involves developing and executing marketing strategies, establishing distribution and sales networks, conducting market research, and managing client relationships. The ideal candidate is strategic, professional, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced media environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, implement, direct, and evaluate marketing and promotional strategies across radio, television, print, digital, and live events.
- Establish and manage distribution and sales networks for Y Media Group’s products and services.
- Promote advertising and sponsorship solutions to existing and prospective clients.
- Initiate, coordinate, and analyze market research studies to identify trends, opportunities, and customer insights.
- Assist in the development and positioning of products, services, and marketing offerings.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to contribute to revenue growth.
- Identify new business opportunities and support diverse sales and marketing initiatives.
- Prepare professional proposals, presentations, marketing materials,



and client reports while maintaining accurate performance metrics.
- Take ownership of sales targets by identifying leads and securing qualified appointments with potential advertising partners.

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor’s Degree or college diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Specialization in sales or marketing preferred).
- 3–5 years of experience in sales, marketing, media, public relations, or a related occupation.
- 5 years of experience in client services is preferred.
- Strong understanding of the nuances of different advertising platforms (e.g., radio spots vs. digital banners).
- Competency in using tools for performance tracking and social media management (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Canva).
- High proficiency in Google Sheets for data management and reporting.
- Certifications in Digital Marketing (Google Ads, Meta Blueprint), CRM (Salesforce), or Analytics (GA4) are highly valued.
- Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and team-oriented skills.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required; proficiency in Hindi and Punjabi is strongly preferred.
- A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle is preferred to visit clients and attend events.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00-$65,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mississauga, ON L5T 2K5: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
