Ridgeside Facility Services looking to add an additional Field Technician to our team.

Our facility services techs are resourceful, creative, and have a diverse "handyman" skillset. As an organization, we have an intentional focus on growing and mentoring staff and servicing our clients' facilities with excellence.

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or relevant trade school degree is a plus.
- Previous experience as a field technician in facility services, maintenance, or a related field is preferred.
- General handyman skills with knowledge of building technology and construction practices.
- Strong technical and mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and repair various systems and equipment.
- Excellent communication skills and a commitment to exceptional customer service.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and respond to emergency service calls as needed.
- Skid steer, excavator, tractor, or other heavy equipment experience is preferred.

Responsibilities:

- Use a diverse skillset to complete a wide variety of construction projects.
- Maintain detailed records of activities, including equipment service history,



work completed, and utilizing digital tools as required.
- Interact professionally with clients to provide status updates, communicate issues, and ensure their satisfaction with the services provided.
- Adhere to safety protocols, guidelines, and best practices to create a safe work environment for yourself and others.
- Keep tools and equipment in good working order, and report any equipment issues or maintenance needs to supervisors.
- Stay updated on the latest industry standards and best practices through training and professional development opportunities.
