We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Support Worker (PSW) to join our team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals requiring assistance with daily activities. Responsibilities

- Assist clients with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support to promote comfort and independence.
- Administer medications according to care plans, ensuring safety and adherence to protocols.
- Support clients with meal preparation and feeding to maintain proper nutrition and hydration.
- Provide companionship and emotional support, engaging clients in meaningful activities to enhance their quality of life.
- Perform light housekeeping duties such as cleaning personal spaces and common areas to maintain a hygienic environment.
- Monitor clients’ health status, report changes or concerns promptly to healthcare professionals or family members.




- Assist with mobility and transfers using proper techniques to prevent falls or injuries.

Qualifications

- Prior experience in assisted living, nursing homes, or home care environments is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated experience working with seniors or individuals with disabilities, including those with dementia or cognitive impairments.
- Knowledge of medication administration procedures and safety protocols.
- Strong caregiving skills with a compassionate, patient, and respectful attitude.
- Ability to perform light cleaning tasks and meal preparation efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Certification as a Personal Support Worker (PSW) or equivalent is an asset; ongoing training opportunities are available for qualified growth.

Pay: $22.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12.0 – 30.0 per week
