Snapshot of the Position:

As Grocery lead, you will direct and supervise all grocery functions to ensure the store's operation and performance is at its best for our customers. If you have a passion for working in a retail environment, then this could be the job for you!

What You’ll Do

- Direct and supervise all grocery department functions.
- Maintain merchandising and operational standards
- Maximize sales and gross profits, ensuring financial objectives are achieved.
- Coach and train staff.
- To share responsibility for the store’s operation and performance

- Ability to work both independently and as a member of a team
