Overview
We are seeking energetic and customer-focused Crew Members to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced food service environment, providing excellent service and ensuring customer satisfaction. Ideal candidates will have a passion for the food industry, strong communication skills, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation. Previous restaurant or food industry experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided to ensure your success in this role.

Duties

- Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and quality standards, ensuring timely service.
- Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, accurately handling cash and credit transactions.
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service, taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items when appropriate.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment in compliance with food safety regulations.
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure all orders are completed promptly.
- Handle food with proper safety procedures, ensuring freshness and quality are maintained throughout the shift.




- Assist in restocking supplies and organizing storage areas as needed.
- Uphold high standards of food handling, sanitation, and safety protocols at all times.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety standards.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy periods.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment while maintaining attention to detail.
