The Compassion Centre is looking for a Registered Physiotherapist to join our growing team at our Sullivan Heights location in Surrey, BC.

Collaborative Multidisciplinary Team

Work alongside physiotherapists, massage therapists, chiropractors, acupuncturists, counsellors, and other rehabilitation professionals.

Professional Development

Opportunities for clinical collaboration, continuing education, and mentorship in general physiotherapy, pelvic health, TMJ rehabilitation, and dry needling/IMS, based on professional interests, appropriate training, and mentor availability.

Qualifications

- Registered Physiotherapist in good standing with the College of Health and Care Professionals of BC (CHCPBC), or eligible for registration before commencing practice.
- Appropriate professional liability insurance.
- Strong musculoskeletal assessment and treatment skills.
- Good clinical reasoning and communication skills.
- Commitment to evidence-informed, patient-centred care.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Experience in private practice is an asset but not required. Additional training in manual therapy, IMS/dry needling, TMJ, vestibular rehabilitation, or concussion management is welcome.

Job Type: Full-time or part-time, independent contractor

Compensation: 55%–65% of invoiced treatment fees
