Boutique Merchandiser – Visual Merchandising

We’re now looking for a creative, detail-oriented, fashion-loving Boutique Merchandiser to join our Revolution Boutique family.

The Opportunity

As a Boutique Merchandiser, you'll play an important role in creating an inspiring, organized, and highly shoppable boutique environment. Through thoughtful styling, cohesive colour stories, and engaging product displays, you'll help bring our collections to life and support the overall customer experience and sales performance.

What You'll Be Doing

Visual Merchandising & Styling

- Create eye-catching displays that inspire customers and encourage purchases.
- Style mannequins and display forms with coordinated, wearable outfits featuring new arrivals and seasonal favourites.
- Develop cohesive colour stories and product groupings that are visually appealing and easy to shop.
- Incorporate accessories to showcase complete outfit possibilities.
- Maintain logical product placement, clear sightlines, and an inviting sales floor.
- Ensure clothing is steamed, neatly hung, folded,



and presented to Revolution Boutique standards.

Product Rotation & Floor Refreshes

- Regularly refresh displays to keep the boutique looking current and engaging.
- Introduce new arrivals to the sales floor in a timely manner.
- Identify opportunities to reposition slow-moving or underrepresented merchandise to increase visibility.
- Adjust displays to reflect seasonal trends, inventory changes, and promotional priorities.
- Collaborate with store leadership to support merchandising strategies and sales objectives.

Boutique Presentation & Organization

- Maintain organized clothing racks, tables, shelves, and sale sections.
- Ensure merchandise is attractive, accessible, and easy for customers and Sales Specialists to locate.
- Maintain a clean, polished, customer-ready sales floor, including routine housekeeping.
- Complete merchandising checklists and communicate observations or opportunities for improvement to management.

What We're Looking For

- Previous experience in visual merchandising, fashion retail, styling, or a related role is preferred.
- A strong sense of style, colour coordination, proportion, and outfit composition.
- An understanding of how visual merchandising influences purchasing decisions.




- Exceptional attention to detail and pride in maintaining presentation standards.
- The ability to work independently, manage priorities, and complete tasks efficiently.
- A proactive, solutions-oriented approach with the confidence to take initiative.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Flexibility to adapt merchandising plans as inventory and business priorities change.
- A genuine passion for women's fashion and creating an exceptional boutique experience.

- Current arrivals are showcased effectively, and existing inventory receives appropriate visibility.

Location: Stony Plain

Schedule: Sunday - up to 8 hours

Pay: $18.00 per hour
