Role Overview
We're looking for a Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team, owning the full-cycle hiring process from sourcing through onboarding. You'll work closely with hiring managers to fill open roles, build a strong candidate pipeline, and help current hires get off to a smooth start.

Responsibilities

- Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates through various channels including job boards, and networking events.
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit for the organization.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide support throughout the hiring process.
- Facilitate employee orientation programs for new hires,



ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
- Support internal recruiting initiatives.
- Conduct research on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to enhance recruiting strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.

Requirements

- Must be Bilingual (English & Chinese)
- 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or human resources.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Proficient in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Familiarity with employment & labor law.
