Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Representative + Estimator to join our team. This role involves developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and providing accurate project estimates for construction projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, construction industry knowledge, and proficiency with estimating tools to support our company's growth and project success.

Duties

- Identify and pursue current sales opportunities within the construction industry to expand client base
- Prepare detailed project estimates using industry-standard software such as HeavyBid and Bluebeam
- Collaborate with project managers and clients to understand project scope and requirements
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to secure projects that align with company goals
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and accurate estimation processes
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of construction costs, market trends,



and competitive landscape
- Build and sustain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors

Qualifications

- Proven experience in construction estimating, project management, or sales within the construction industry
- Proficiency with Hover, Wave, and other estimating or project management software
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Knowledge of construction processes, pricing strategies, and cost analysis
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client engagement and team collaboration
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and project documents
- Construction experience is highly preferred; relevant certifications or training are a plus

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
