NOW HIRING: Excavation Equipment Operator

Roseborough Homes is looking for a reliable, experienced Excavation Equipment Operator to join our team. We are seeking someone with a strong work ethic, a safety-first mindset, and experience operating equipment on residential construction sites.

Responsibilities:

- Operate excavators and other earthmoving equipment safely and efficiently.
- Perform excavation for residential foundations, basements, footings, and building sites.
- Complete site preparation, grading, trenching, and backfilling.
- Work alongside site supervisors, labourers, and other trades to keep projects on schedule.
- Follow site plans, elevations, and grade specifications.
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and report any maintenance issues.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe worksite.
- Follow all applicable WorkSafeBC regulations and company safety procedures.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience operating excavators on residential or construction sites.
- Ability to operate equipment safely and accurately in tight residential building sites.
- Experience with foundation excavation, trenching, and site grading is an asset.
- Knowledge of construction site safety practices.




- Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail.
