We are hiring shift supervisors for our A&W; located on 4th avenue & Alma street in Vancouver

We are looking for;

- At least 1 year experience in a supervisory position preferably in a fast food restaurant.

- Enthusiastic, team player with strong communication and problem solving skills.

- Capable of working in a dynamic, fast paced environment.
- Reliable, hard working, able to follow directions and finish tasks as per A&W; standards and policies.
- Positive, approachable, committed, able to handle pressure.
- Versatile, able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Role model, able to consistently exceed customer expectations.
- Positive, vibrant and professional outlook.
- Effectively delegate, follow up and provide positive and corrective feedback.
- Prepare and present unbiased performance appraisals.
