Summit Surfaces is looking for dependable, hardworking people to join our growing painting team.

We are looking for people who are willing to learn our processes, follow our systems, work hard, and contribute positively to a team environment.

Our projects are varied. We work on everything from smaller residential repaints to new construction, commercial projects, deck restoration, large wrought iron projects, and more.

Responsibilities

- Prepare surfaces through sanding, scraping, cleaning, filling, caulking, and masking
- Apply paint, primer, stain, and other coatings using brushes, rollers, and sprayers when appropriate
- Complete interior and exterior painting projects
- Assist with drywall repairs and basic finishing
- Sand, clean, prepare, and stain decks and other exterior wood surfaces
- Protect floors, furniture, landscaping, and surrounding surfaces before beginning work
- Maintain clean and organized jobsites throughout each project
- Complete touch ups and inspect finished work for quality
- Safely use ladders, sanders, pressure washers, sprayers, and other painting equipment
- Work efficiently alongside other painters while maintaining our quality standards
- Communicate professionally with customers, contractors, property managers, and other team members when required

Qualifications

Previous painting or construction experience is an asset,



but we are willing to train the right person.

What We Offer
