Job Description
Edion Staffing Agency is seeking experienced, reliable, and detail-oriented Residential Cleaners to provide skilled cleaning services in clients' homes.

Successful candidates will be responsible for performing basic residential cleaning, deep cleaning, and general household cleaning services based on client requirements.

We welcome applications from experienced cleaning professionals, including individuals who have previously worked with professional cleaning companies or operated their own cleaning businesses.

Opportunities may be available through employment or independent contractor arrangements, depending on the nature of the engagement and applicable requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform routine residential cleaning, including dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping.
- Complete deep cleaning assignments, including detailed cleaning of kitchens, bathrooms, appliances, and other designated areas.
- Clean and sanitize countertops, sinks, toilets, showers, and frequently touched surfaces.
- Perform additional cleaning tasks based on individual client requirements.
- Follow appropriate cleaning procedures and safe handling practices for cleaning products.
- Maintain professional conduct and respect clients' homes, belongings, and privacy.
- Complete assigned cleaning tasks efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Communicate any concerns or issues encountered during assignments.





Qualifications and Experience

- Previous professional residential or commercial cleaning experience is required.
- Experience working for a cleaning company or operating an independent cleaning business is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated knowledge of basic and deep cleaning procedures.
- Ability to work independently and manage assigned cleaning tasks.
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and time management.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to perform the physical requirements of cleaning, including standing, bending, and lifting cleaning equipment.
- Ability to travel to assigned residential cleaning locations.
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.

Compensation and Scheduling

- Pay Rate: $25.00 per hour.
- Assignments may include basic cleaning, deep cleaning, and other residential cleaning services.
- Work schedules and assignment availability will depend on client bookings and service requirements.
- Employment and independent contractor opportunities may be considered, subject to the applicable working arrangement.
