Position Overview

As a MaidStrong Residential Cleaning Professional, you will be a key member of our team responsible for providing high-quality residential cleaning services while maintaining our standards of professionalism and customer satisfaction.

You will work alongside other cleaning professionals to deliver consistent, detailed cleaning services in customers' homes.

You are self-motivated, dependable, have strong communication skills, and can manage your time effectively.

Purpose

As a MaidStrong Residential Cleaning Professional, your primary responsibility is to provide exceptional residential cleaning services, including Regular Cleaning, Deep Cleaning, and Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning, while ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction.

Duties & Responsibilities

- Present yourself professionally at all times and uphold MaidStrong's company image.
- Perform detailed residential cleaning services according to company standards and checklists.
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and other designated spaces.
- Dust, vacuum, mop, sanitize, and thoroughly clean assigned areas.
- Complete Regular Cleaning, Deep Cleaning, and Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning services.




- Work efficiently as part of a professional two-person cleaning team.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail and cleaning quality.
- Communicate professionally with customers, supervisors, and team members.
- Manage time effectively to complete scheduled appointments.
- Report customer concerns, property damage, or service-related issues promptly.
- Properly use and maintain cleaning products, supplies, and equipment.
- Follow company cleaning procedures and workplace safety guidelines.
- Travel between scheduled customer appointments.
- Deliver consistent, high-quality service that meets MaidStrong's standards.

Skills & Qualifications

- Previous professional residential or commercial cleaning experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering high-quality work.
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate professionally with customers and management.
- Physically capable of performing residential cleaning duties, including bending, lifting, reaching, and standing for extended periods.
- Comfortable working in different residential environments.
- Ability to follow cleaning checklists and established procedures.
- Must have access to a reliable personal vehicle.
- Valid driver's licence required.
- Willingness to complete a background check as part of the hiring process.

Training & Work Schedule

New employees will begin with a reduced schedule during our guaranteed paid, hands-on training program, working alongside an experienced cleaning professional.





As training progresses, scheduled hours will increase, with the goal of transitioning into regular full-time hours.

Regular Pay: $22.00 per hour upon successful completion of training, plus an applicable vehicle/mileage bonus.

Training Pay: Guaranteed $20.00 per hour during the training period.

Our training program is designed to provide the knowledge, skills, and support needed to succeed as a MaidStrong Cleaning Skilled.
