We are looking for an energetic, creative, and motivated Social Media Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about social media, enjoys creating engaging content, and can bring fresh and creative ideas to our online presence.

You should be comfortable being hands-on with content creation, including shooting and editing videos, developing social media campaigns, and using AI tools to create content more efficiently.

Responsibilities

- Create engaging and creative content for social media platforms.
- Develop content designed to increase brand awareness, engagement, and traffic.
- Shoot and produce short-form videos, reels, and other social media content.
- Edit videos and visual content for different social media platforms.
- Come up with fresh, creative, and trend-focused content ideas.
- Use AI tools to assist with content creation, research, writing, editing, and ideation.
- Monitor social media trends and identify opportunities for new content.
- Monitor content performance and help improve engagement and traffic.
- Maintain a consistent posting schedule and content calendar.
- Collaborate with the team to develop creative campaigns and promotional content.

Requirements

- At least 2 years of experience in social media management, content creation, digital marketing, or a related role.
- Energetic, creative, and enthusiastic personality with a passion for social media.
- Experience creating content for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok,



YouTube, and/or LinkedIn.
- Ability to shoot and edit videos independently.
- Strong understanding of social media trends and content strategies.
- Comfortable using AI tools for content creation and productivity.
- Strong creative thinking and attention to detail.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple content projects.

Preferred Skills

- Video editing experience using CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
- Experience creating short-form videos, Reels, and TikToks.
- Basic knowledge of social media analytics and performance tracking.
- Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or other AI content creation platforms.
- A robust portfolio demonstrating creative social media content and video work.

Pay: $48,000.00-$52,000.00 per year
