Position Overview

We are looking for a friendly, experienced Dental Receptionist/Administrator to join our front office team. You will be the first point of contact for our patients and play a key role in managing the administrative flow of the clinic.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet and assist patients with professionalism and warmth
- Manage appointment scheduling and patient records using Power Practice software
- Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries
- Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow
- Handle billing,



insurance processing, pre-authorizations, and payments
- Keep the front desk area organized and presentable

Qualifications

- Previous dental reception/administrative experience is required
- Familiarity with dental office procedures and EMR systems (Power Practice preferred)
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Positive, team-oriented mindset

Pay: $27.00-$35.00 per hour
