ARKCOR | Field Outreach Representative

Location: Cambridge, Ontario

Pay: $25/hour + Gas/Vehicle Allowance Company: Arkcor

About the Position

Arkcor is expanding its field outreach team for a major fibre optic infrastructure project in Cambridge, Ontario.

We are looking for motivated, reliable, and professional individuals to engage with homeowners, explain upcoming fibre optic installations, and obtain property access consent for infrastructure upgrades.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit residential properties in assigned neighbourhoods.
- Explain the benefits and installation process of fibre optic infrastructure.
- Obtain homeowner consent for fibre optic connections.
- Answer homeowner questions professionally and accurately.
- Maintain accurate daily records and submit field reports.
- Coordinate with field supervisors to meet project targets.

Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.




- Confident approaching and speaking with homeowners.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, canvassing, or field outreach is an asset.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s licence preferred.
- Comfortable working outdoors and walking between properties.

Compensation

- $25 per hour
- Gas/vehicle allowance provided
- Hands-on experience in Canada’s growing telecommunications infrastructure industry.
