As an authorized representative of Rogers, we are looking for a Customer Support Associate who will be the face of our clients’ brand in person, delivering exceptional service and driving sales that reinforce our commitment to customer satisfaction and innovation.

Customer Support Associate Responsibilities:

- As a Customer Support Associate, you will assist customers in person by actively listening to their needs and building genuine relationships.
- Guide customers through Rogers products and services, helping them choose the best options while identifying opportunities for increased sales.
- Collaborate with fellow Customer Support Associates and the broader sales team to meet and exceed sales goals and customer retention targets.
- Maintain accurate customer account information, manage service changes, and troubleshoot in-store issues.
- Stay informed on the latest offerings so you can confidently present upgrades and new services that align with customers’ needs.




- Provide feedback from customer interactions to inform sales strategies and enhance the customer experience.
- Participate in Customer Support Associate team meetings, contribute ideas, and take advantage of continuous development opportunities.

Customer Support Associate Qualifications:

- Experience in retail, customer-facing roles, or a background in sales or customer service is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a skilled yet warm demeanor.
- Ability to manage multiple customers and account tasks efficiently.
- A detail-oriented mindset, complemented by reliability and a collaborative spirit.
- Adaptability to fast-paced environments and a drive to help customers while supporting sales objectives.

Pay: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
