A leading Toronto restaurant group is seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager to support a large, high-volume operation in the downtown core.
This is a hands-on leadership role supporting three distinct restaurant concepts operating within one building, helping drive operational excellence, guest satisfaction, team development, and profitability while maintaining each brand's unique identity.
The operation includes a 250+ seat dining room, 100+ seat patio, private dining, events, and multiple service styles, creating a fast-paced and dynamic hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities: Support daily operations across all three concepts

- Lead, coach, and develop front-of-house teams and department leaders
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences and service standards
- Assist with staffing, scheduling, labor management, and productivity
- Monitor sales, costs, and overall operational performance




- Partner with culinary and senior leadership teams to achieve business goals
- Ideal Candidate:
- 3+ years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume environment
- Experience leading teams in a 250+ seat operation preferred
- Strong understanding of restaurant financials, labor control, and guest service metrics
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills
- Organized, hands-on, and solution-oriented approach
- Passion for hospitality and developing people
- Compensation: $65,000-$75,000 + performance bonus

Pay: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year

Experience:

- AGM: 3 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:
