Dr. K & Associates Dental Centre is looking for an outgoing, motivated, and confident Patient Outreach & Scheduling Coordinator to join our busy dental practice!

We need someone who loves talking to people, is comfortable making outbound calls, and can turn patient inquiries into booked appointments while keeping our schedule full!

Duties Include:

- Calling overdue hygiene and recall patients to schedule appointments
- Following up with new patient inquiries
- Booking and confirming appointments
- Assisting reception with phone calls and administrative tasks

What We're Looking For:

- Excellent communication and telephone skills
- Confident, friendly, and persuasive personality




- Self-motivated and comfortable making outbound calls
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Dental experience is an asset, but not required!
