Overview

We are currently hiring Assembly Technicians for a manufacturing facility in Scarborough.

We are looking for reliable, motivated, and detail-oriented individuals who enjoy hands-on work and are interested in building their skills in manufacturing and assembly.

Candidates with experience in production, manufacturing, assembly, electrical, mechanical, electronics, warehouse operations, or working with hand tools are encouraged to apply.

Duties

- Assemble products, parts, and components according to instructions.
- Perform general assembly and production tasks.
- Read and follow basic diagrams, drawings, and work instructions.
- Use hand tools and basic assembly equipment.
- Assist with electrical, mechanical, or component assembly as required.
- Inspect assembled products to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Identify and report damaged or defective components.
- Meet daily production and quality targets.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation.
- Follow workplace safety procedures and company guidelines.
- Work closely with team members and supervisors.

Skills

- Previous experience in assembly, production, manufacturing, or related hands-on work is preferred.




- Experience using hand tools or working with mechanical or electrical components is an asset.
- Ability to read and follow diagrams or technical instructions is an asset.
- Good attention to detail and hand-eye coordination.
- Comfortable performing repetitive assembly tasks.
- Ability to learn new processes and follow instructions.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn.
- Available Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM.
- Legally authorized to work in Canada.
