Overview:

Ontario Conservatory of Music is the leading music conservatory in North America and we are in our 87th year. This role will require you to make contact with company members and book appointments.

- The position is hours are Monday - Friday 5:00 PM - 9:00 PM & Saturday 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM if available.
- There can be no commitments that will interfere with the work schedule to be considered for the role.
- As this is a telephone - communication based role you must be able to communicate clearly in English.

Responsibilities:

- Schedule and confirm appointments for members
- Coordinate with required staff to ensure efficient appointment scheduling
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of your personal work area

Experience:

The successful candidate should have the following skills:

- A minimum of two (2) years experience in booking and or controlling corporate or customer appointments.




- Experience working in a professional corporate office environment
- Strong organizational skills
