Duties

- Assist customers with account information, product details, and service requests.

- Identify opportunities for upselling additional products or services to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Apply effective phone etiquette and communication skills to build rapport with clients.
- Analyze customer feedback and interactions to identify trends and improve service quality.
- Support sales initiatives through active engagement and cross-selling techniques.




- Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality customer service.

Experience

- Proven experience in customer service roles, preferably within a call center or retail environment.
- Solid data entry skills with attention to detail for accurate record keeping.
- Multilingual abilities, especially fluency in English and Spanish, are highly desirable.
- Demonstrated analysis skills to interpret customer data and feedback effectively.
- Experience in sales or upselling techniques is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining professionalism under pressure.
