Responsibilities

- Develop engaging visual content including property visuals, virtual tours, and promotional graphics tailored for real estate platforms.
- Design user interfaces (UI) for websites and mobile applications that showcase property listings effectively.
- Create motion graphics and animations to enhance virtual tours, social media content, and marketing videos.
- Produce logos, branding materials, and marketing collateral aligned with company branding guidelines.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to conceptualize and implement creative campaigns using AI-driven design tools.
- Utilize software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects), Figma, Sketch, CorelDRAW, and InVision to produce high-quality designs.
- Implement web-based designs using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WordPress to ensure seamless integration of visual assets.




- Apply typography principles and digital design best practices to create visually appealing content that captures target audiences.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in graphic design, motion graphics, UI/UX design, and AI innovations relevant to real estate marketing.

Skills

- Proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and CorelDRAW.
- Strong knowledge of UI/UX design principles with experience in Figma, Sketch, and InVision.
- Experience with motion graphics and animation creation for virtual tours and social media content.
- Web development skills including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WordPress customization.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing strategies related to real estate promotion.
- Excellent presentation skills with the ability to communicate creative concepts effectively.
- Knowledge of typography standards and visual design best practices for impactful branding materials.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing multiple projects efficiently.
