Registered Psychologist – WSIB Mental Health Services & Clinical Collaboration

Opportunity

Health Station is exploring the development of a coordinated workplace mental-health service in London, Ontario, to support workers experiencing psychological injuries and work-related mental-health challenges.

We are seeking a Registered Psychologist interested in discussing a potential professional collaboration to help assess the feasibility of this service, identify appropriate service pathways, and contribute to a multidisciplinary network of qualified mental-health professionals.

This opportunity may suit an established practitioner interested in expanding service capacity, collaborating with psychotherapists, and helping develop an organized model of care for workplace-related mental-health needs.

Key Areas of Interest

- Experience with workplace-related psychological injuries, occupational stress, trauma, PTSD, anxiety, or return-to-work considerations.
- Experience with psychological assessments, clinical reporting, and treatment planning within the psychologist’s authorized scope.
- Familiarity with WSIB processes, provider requirements, and workplace mental-health programs.
- Interest in collaborating with independently practising Registered Psychotherapists and other appropriate professionals.
- Ability to help evaluate service demand, referral pathways, clinical workflows, and opportunities for future service development.
- Strong documentation, communication, professional judgment, and interdisciplinary collaboration skills.

Qualifications

- Current registration as a Psychologist with the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario (CPBAO), in good standing.
- Appropriate authorization, training, and competence for the services proposed.
- Relevant clinical experience in psychological assessment and/or workplace mental health.
- Knowledge of WSIB requirements is an asset.
- Experience collaborating with other regulated mental-health professionals is an asset.

Engagement Structure

The initial stage will involve a discussion of qualified interests, experience, service feasibility, applicable WSIB participation requirements, and potential collaboration arrangements.

Any subsequent engagement, compensation model, clinical responsibilities, and service delivery arrangements will be mutually agreed upon and subject to applicable regulatory, contractual, and WSIB requirements.
