About the role

As the first face and voice of 5 Lakes Spa Aveda, you'll create a warm, welcoming experience from the moment guests walk in. You'll manage the schedule, check guests in and out, and help them find the right service and Aveda products.

Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and guide them through check-in and checkout
- Answer phones and respond to emails and booking inquiries
- Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments
- Process payments, gift cards, and package sales
- Recommend services, packages, and Aveda retail products
- Keep the reception area clean, calm, and well stocked
- Coordinate with therapists and estheticians to keep the day running smoothly
- Handle guest concerns with care and professionalism

Qualifications

- Previous customer service or front desk experience (spa or salon preferred)
- Friendly, polished, and calm under pressure




- Solid communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable with booking software and point-of-sale systems
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Nice to have

- Knowledge of Aveda products or a passion for wellness
- Retail sales experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
