This is not a starter job. Sammy's Ancaster — family-run breakfast and lunch diner since 1988 — needs an experienced breakfast cook to step into a kitchen manager role.
You:
- Have real breakfast line experience — eggs, griddle, fast-paced mornings. Required, not preferred.
- Can run the line without hand-holding
- Reliable, calm under pressure, take ownership of the kitchen
The job:
- Full time: running breakfast and lunch service, leading the team
- Daytime hours only: 8 AM - 4 PM, no nights
- 1080 Wilson St W, Ancaster
