Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Barista/All Rounder to join our vibrant team at New Westminster, Burnaby, Port Coquitlam & Surrey! Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and other drinks efficiently and accurately using POS systems.
- Handle cash transactions, process payments, and give accurate change while maintaining cash handling procedures.
- Assist with food preparation and food service tasks, ensuring all items meet safety and quality standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders, answering questions about menu items, and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and equipment in compliance with food safety standards.




- Manage multiple tasks effectively through strong time management skills during busy periods.
- Follow food handling protocols to ensure hygiene and safety are upheld at all times.

Requirements

- 1+ years of barista experience or food service experience is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with POS systems.
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities.
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, order processing, and inventory management.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
- Good time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy shifts.
