Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Full-Time Cook to join our vibrant culinary team. Duties

- Prepare and cook a diverse range of menu items with precision and creativity, adhering to established recipes and standards
- Serve meals efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service and positive interactions with guests
- Handle food with care, following all food safety and hygiene regulations to prevent contamination
- Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, portioning, and plating to support smooth kitchen operations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment, utensils, and workstations
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies; communicate needs for restocking or ordering




- Follow all health department guidelines related to food handling, storage, and sanitation practices

Experience

- Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments as a cook or kitchen staff member
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and presentation skills
- Experience with meal preparation for large groups or in high-volume settings is preferred
- Familiarity with food safety standards and proper handling procedures within the food industry
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail in a dynamic environment
- Prior experience serving customers directly is advantageous but not mandatory; enthusiasm for providing excellent service is essential
