We’re looking for a hands-on Housekeeping Supervisor who leads from the floor, holds a high bar for clean, and helps our team deliver a stay worth talking about.

What you’ll do

- Lead, coach and support room attendants and housekeeping staff on every shift
- Inspect guest rooms, corridors and public areas to Best Western quality standards
- Assign rooms and balance workloads so rooms are ready on time
- Report maintenance issues through our work order system and follow up until they’re fixed
- Help manage linen, chemical and amenity inventory, and support the deep clean program
- Train new team members on standards, safe chemical handling and health and safety practices
- Respond to guest requests and concerns quickly and professionally
- Work closely with the front desk, maintenance and the Housekeeping Manager to keep everything running smoothly

What we’re looking for

- Previous hotel housekeeping experience; supervisory or lead experience is an asset




- A sharp eye for detail and a real sense of pride in a clean, welcoming space
- Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate a team in a fast-paced environment
- Comfort with a property management system or housekeeping software and basic computer skills
- Ability to lift and move up to 20–25 kg (45–55 lbs) and be on your feet for most of the shift
- Availability for a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $19.00-$20.00 per hour
