We are looking for two qualified individuals to join our housing team. What does qualified mean, you ask? You are a true team member, capable of collaborating with others to provide the absolute best case management support possible to those we serve. You know the community and have positive connections to other agencies and individuals. You can build relationships of trust and caring with vulnerable participants to support them to secure and maintain their housing. You understand that case management is about being a helper to participants so that they can live happy and successful lives; emotionally, physically, spiritually, and mentally.

You have a combination of experience and education related to working with vulnerable populations in social serving settings. You have experience working with Indigenous individuals and families and you understand the barriers they face to securing and maintaining housing.

You have a driver’s licence and a reliable vehicle. You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc). You have excellent communication skills,



both verbal and written.

We recognize the immeasurable value that representation and shared lived experience have in properly supporting those accessing this program. As such, qualified First Nation, Inuit, and Metis candidates will be given preference. We encourage these individuals to self-identify in their application.

We start case managers at $23.00/hour with a raise and full benefits after 6 months. We pay for parking and mileage. We pay for professional social work registration and many learning opportunities.
