Responsibilities

- Deliver professional hair styling services including cuts, color, blowouts, and special treatments tailored to each client’s preferences and needs
- Provide personalized consultations to understand client desires and recommend suitable styles or products
- Maintain high standards of sanitation, organization, and cleanliness in all workstations and tools to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff
- Engage with clients through friendly communication, ensuring a positive experience from greeting to checkout
- Upsell retail hair care products and styling tools to enhance client satisfaction and boost sales




- Manage front desk duties such as scheduling appointments, answering inquiries, and processing payments efficiently
- Stay updated on current trends, techniques, and product knowledge to continually elevate service quality

Experience

- Valid license as a Hairstylist issued by the appropriate licensing authority
- Proven experience as a hairstylist is required (minimum 5 years experience)
- Ability to communicate professionally with clients and staff members.
- Valuable understanding of hair care products and ability to recommend and sell them to customers.
