Job Overview

We're looking for a *Graphic Designer, Illustrator & Customer Support team member* who's creative, detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and genuinely passionate about art and collectibles.

*First things first: You need to know how to draw.*

We're talking real illustration skills, original creativity, and the ability to bring concepts to life. Not typing a prompt and calling yourself an artist.

*And one more thing...*

If you don't know Eevee's evolutions, this probably isn't the job for you.

Seriously though, understanding Pokémon, trading cards, and what makes collectors excited is a big part of what we do.

Responsibilities

- Designing creative assets for new products, packaging, promotions, and social media.
- Supporting our Shopify store with product listings, graphics, and website updates.- Assisting customers with inquiries, orders, and general support.
- Helping with day-to-day e-commerce operations.
- Collaborating with our team on product launches, creative campaigns, and new ideas.
- Maintaining consistent visual branding across our website, products, and marketing materials.
- Bringing fresh ideas to the table and helping shape what CardAura becomes next
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for graphic design and illustration tasks.

What we are looking for

- Strong hand-illustration abilities — this is our #1 requirement.*
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar design software.
- A genuine understanding of Pokémon, trading cards, and collector culture.
- A creative eye and excellent attention to detail.
- Comfortable working with websites, technology, and digital platforms.
- Shopify experience is a definite bonus.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-friendly attitude.
- Someone who's proactive, adaptable,



and comfortable wearing different hats.

*You don't need 10 years of experience or a fancy title.* A excellent portfolio, artistic talent, and the right attitude matter far more to us.

Pay: $17.60-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
