Respite Contract Coordinator - #2026-IC-01

Work location: Fort Frances Area

Wesway is seeking the services of a Respite Contract Coordinator (RCC) to assist families in Fort Frances and the surrounding communities. This independent contractor position will support families who are caring for a family member with a disability or chronic health condition. The RCC will assist families with using Family Directed Respite Funding to create a respite service plan that best suits their family. The RCC will act as a resource by linking potential direct respite providers to families, sharing resources, and exploring options for respite service within the community. The contract will involve working 20+ hours per month and travel expenses will be negotiated. The ideal candidate for this position will have experience in the Social Services or Health Delivery field.
