We are seeking Senior Managers, Commercial Solutions to join our team on an independent contractor basis. You bring the network and client relationships; we handle the underwriting, packaging, and lender placements.

Duties & Responsibilities

- Execute Targeted Business Development:



Lead outreach and originations across primary commercial sectors, including Healthcare Practices (Doctors/Dentists), Manufacturing, Senior Living, and General Commercial Capital.
- Client Consultation & Deal Structuring: Collaborate directly with business owners, CFOs, and practice directors to analyze their capital requirements and structure tailored financing solutions.
- Pipeline & Relationship Management: Build and nurture a high-performing network of professional referral partners (CPAs, commercial real estate brokers, and industry consultants).
- Deal Packaging Collaboration: Work closely with our backend underwriting team to collect client financial packages, ensuring swift credit evaluation and lender placement.
- Market Insight: Maintain a robust pulse on commercial lending trends, interest rate environments, and private/institutional capital opportunities to advise clients effectively.

Skills & Qualifications

- Financial Services Background: Prior experience in commercial banking, corporate finance, equipment leasing, or B2B financial sales is highly preferred.
- Financial & Business Acumen: Ability to interpret business financials, understand debt structures, and conduct quantitative reasoning to assess project feasibility.
- Relationship & Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts clearly and persuasively to executive decision-makers.
- Entrepreneurial Drive: Self-motivated, autonomous professional capable of managing their own schedule and pipeline as an independent contractor.
- Regulatory Awareness: Solid understanding of commercial credit practices, confidentiality standards, and ethical finance management.
