Duties

- Perform meat cutting and trimming with precision to meet product specifications and quality standards
- Operate food processing equipment safely and efficiently, including slicers, grinders, and packaging machinery
- Package finished meat products accurately for distribution, ensuring proper labeling and presentation
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, tools, and equipment in compliance with food safety regulations

Skills





- Experience in packaging, manufacturing, or food processing environments is highly desirable
- Knowledge of butchery techniques and meat cutting processes
- Familiarity with food safety standards and sanitation practices within the food industry
- Mechanical knowledge related to operating and troubleshooting processing equipment
- Strong attention to detail to ensure product quality and safety compliance
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors
