Looking for an experienced Team Supervisor to join our Subway store in SW, Calgary. Please read following job description carefully before apply for this position. Supervisor or Management experience is a MUST.

Job Description

A Team Supervisor would have great team building and development skills along with leadership, communication, planning, budgeting, and Customer (Guest) development and relation skills. It is preferred that a candidate has prior restaurant and/or retail Supervisor or Manager experience. A passion for running a restaurant while providing World Class Service to the Customer’s (Guest’s) of “Subway” is a must! It is required that candidates have a valid driver’s license with a good driving record.

Restaurant Supervisor Expectations:

- Promotes a positive and safe work environment and maintains excellent employee, customer and community relations.
- Inspects Restaurant supplies, equipment and dining and work areas to ensure proper standards of cleanliness, safety, maintenance and operation according to company policies
- Order properly to ensure optimum level of inventory
- Increase store sales and control costs
- Supervises 3 or more employees

Restaurant Supervisor Qualifications:

- Knowledge of business and customer service principals
- Excellent communication skills




- Able to recruit, select, motivate and lead a team of employees to maintain a profitable and safe work environment
- Requires frequent standing, walking and occasional to frequent bending. Able to lift 50+ lbs.
- Requires full time (30-40 hours/week) and flexible on all shifts as needed
- Valid motor vehicle operator’s license is required with clean record
- Previous food service or retail management experience required
