About ParcelBee

ParcelBee is a Canadian shipping and label-printing platform built for e-commerce businesses. Our platform helps businesses simplify their shipping operations, including shipping label creation, order processing, tracking, and returns.

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Representative to help grow our customer base across Canada, with a focus on the Greater Vancouver and Greater Toronto markets. Candidates must bring an existing customer base or established network of relevant business clients.

Responsibilities

- Use your existing customer relationships to introduce ParcelBee and generate new business
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Reach out to prospective customers through phone, email, social media, networking, and in-person visits
- Build relationships with e-commerce sellers, retailers, warehouses, fulfillment companies, and other business customers
- Understand customers’ shipping and logistics needs and introduce suitable ParcelBee solutions
- Follow up with leads and convert qualified prospects into active customers
- Maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
- Track sales activities and customer follow-ups
- Provide market insights and customer feedback to the team

Qualifications

- Must have an existing customer base or established business relationships with Canadian e-commerce sellers, retailers, warehouses, or fulfillment companies




- Must be able to use these relationships to generate qualified leads and acquire customers for ParcelBee
- Fluent in English
- Experience in business development, sales, logistics, e-commerce, or a related field is preferred
- Robust communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- Strong follow-up skills and a results-oriented mindset
- Familiarity with shipping, fulfillment, Shopify, Amazon, or other e-commerce platforms is an asset

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who is proactive, confident in communicating with businesses, and able to bring relevant customer relationships to the role.

An existing customer base or established industry network is required for this position. Suitable candidates should have relationships with Shopify merchants, Amazon sellers, e-commerce businesses, retailers, warehouses, or fulfillment companies.
