Mavalli Entertainment, a Toronto balloon decor and events studio, is looking for casual on-call help at our Etobicoke studio (Steinway Blvd, minutes from Pearson Airport, right by Vaughan and Rexdale). When orders come in, you will: - Make balloon arrangements, garlands and bouquets, sometimes on short notice - Run the Cricut for custom names, tags and personalization - Prep materials, pack orders and keep the studio organized You are a fit if you: - Already know Cricut inside out (a hard requirement, no Cricut training provided): fluent in Design Space, Print Then Cut, weeding, material settings and machine troubleshooting - Design, cut and apply vinyl: able to design vinyl lettering and decals, cut and weed them cleanly, and apply them straight and bubble free (names, logos, signage) - Can design in Canva and have a working knowledge of graphics: basic typography, layout, colour, and what makes a file print ready - Are self sufficient and resourceful: you can take a rough idea and turn it into a finished piece without step by step instructions,

and you are comfortable using AI tools like Claude to get designs done fast - Are genuinely creative and crafty: paper crafts, handmade cards and tags, artistic projects - Live close to the studio and can get here easily (your own car is a big plus) - Have a very versatile schedule and are looking for extra income rather than a full-time job - Are friendly, enthusiastic and organized Balloon or event experience is a bonus; we will train the right person on balloons only. For the right person there is real room to grow with the business over time. To apply: send a short message about yourself, where you live, how you would get to the studio, which Cricut machine you use and what you make with it, plus photos of your Cricut work, paper crafts and artistic projects. Applications that cannot show Cricut experience will not be considered. Schedule: on-call, as orders and events come in, including some evenings and weekends before events. Pay: $19+ per hour, depending on experience.

Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
