JOB SUMMARY

The Retail Associate will assist with the day-to-day operations of the grocery store, provide excellent customer service,



maintain product displays, replenish shelves, and help ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming shopping environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Provide courteous and professional customer service.
- Assist customers with product inquiries and locating merchandise.
- Stock shelves, organize merchandise, and maintain product displays.
- Receive, unpack, and arrange incoming inventory.
- Check product expiry dates and rotate stock appropriately.
- Maintain store cleanliness and follow applicable food safety and workplace safety procedures.
- Operate the cash register and process customer transactions when required.
- Assist with opening and closing duties.
- Work collaboratively with management and other employees.
- Perform other reasonable duties related to grocery retail operations.

QUALIFICATIONS

- Reliable, punctual, and responsible.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays as required.
- Previous grocery or retail experience is an asset but not mandatory.

Pay: $17.00-$21.00 per hour
