Hill & Hollow Wellness is seeking established and motivated practitioners to join our relaxed, professional and supportive clinic environment.

This is a fixed-fee practitioner model designed for practitioners who want the freedom to grow their practice without giving a percentage of their professional revenue to the clinic.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Each practitioner position provides:

- A dedicated treatment room with treatment table
- One 7-hour clinic block every day, 7 days per week
- Morning availability: 7:00 AM–2:00 PM
- Evening availability: 2:00 PM–9:00 PM
- Access to the clinic's established infrastructure and professional environment
- Individual practitioner profile within our Jane booking system
- Online scheduling
- Clinic-managed billing and payment processing
- Direct billing infrastructure
- Linens and standard clinic overhead
- General clinic maintenance and facility services
- Laundry and linen use
- Inclusion in Hill & Hollow Wellness marketing and advertising
- Collaboration with other wellness professionals
- An established clinic environment without the traditional percentage-based commission model

CLINIC FEE

Clinic fees range from $1,000–$1,400/month. Introductory rates may be available for select positions.

The clinic fee is fixed and does not increase based on how much professional revenue you generate.

This opportunity is intended for practitioners who are prepared to commit to a recurring 7-hour daily position, 7 days per week.

We are NOT offering casual room rentals, individual days, individual hours, or part-time weekly room arrangements.





WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for professional, reliable practitioners who want to build and grow their practice within an established wellness clinic.

New graduates may be considered where appropriate, although established practitioners with an existing client base are encouraged to apply.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Provide professional treatments appropriate to your scope of practice
- Tailor treatment approaches to individual client needs
- Maintain high standards of client care and professionalism
- Communicate clearly and effectively with clients and other practitioners
- Maintain reliable attendance and professional availability
- Complete clear, accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Maintain appropriate client records through the clinic's Jane system
- Act in accordance with Ontario legislation, professional standards and applicable regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with other wellness professionals when appropriate
- Maintain confidentiality and client privacy
- Maintain a clean and professional treatment environment
- Maintain current skilled registration/licensure and liability insurance

QUALIFICATIONS

- Current registration, licence or recognized professional education in your field
- Current professional liability insurance
- CPR/First Aid Level C or higher preferred
- Experience with clinical cases is an asset
- WSIB experience is an asset
- Strong communication skills
- Professional, reliable and positive work ethic
- Commitment to continuing education and professional development
