Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will excel in providing exceptional customer service, demonstrating products, and driving sales through effective communication and upselling techniques. Duties

- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs
- Conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits of merchandise, especially technology-related items
- Provide knowledgeable assistance on product specifications, usage, and troubleshooting
- Engage in retail sales activities, including upselling and cross-selling products to maximize revenue
- Operate POS systems accurately for cash handling, transactions, and receipts
- Maintain organized merchandising displays aligned with company standards
- Manage inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment as needed
- Handle customer inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism and courtesy
- Ensure the store environment is clean, organized,



and inviting for customers
- Support team members with various tasks to ensure smooth store operations

Requirements

- Previous experience in retail sales, preferably with technology products or merchandise demonstration skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical features clearly
- Bilingual abilities (English plus additional language) are highly desirable to serve a diverse clientele
- Proficiency in POS systems, cashiering, cash handling, and basic math skills for transactions
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively during busy periods
- Demonstrated customer service excellence with phone etiquette and professional demeanor
- Ability to perform product demos confidently and engage customers effectively
- Organizational skills necessary for merchandising and maintaining store presentation standards
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends or evenings if required

Pay: $17.60-$28.17 per hour
