Responsibilities

- Communicate effectively with children, parents, colleagues, and support staff to ensure cohesive care and education.
- Maintain accurate records of children’s progress, attendance, and behavioral observations.
- Manage classroom routines efficiently, including transitions,



meal times, and rest periods.
- Utilize computer skills to document student information and communicate with families through digital platforms.

Experience

- Prior experience working with young children in educational or childcare settings is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and best practices is essential.
- Bilingual abilities in English and French are advantageous for supporting diverse communities.
- Experience working with children with disabilities or special needs enhances your ability to provide inclusive care.
- Strong communication skills are necessary to collaborate effectively with families and team members.
- Demonstrated organizational skills to manage classroom activities, documentation, and time efficiently.
