We are seeking a n experienced Intermediate Accountant for a temporary position in our accounting department. The duration of this position will be discussed in detail at the time of interview as will be the services required. Working with support from a bookkeeper, you will review account activity, investigate outstanding items and prepare clear documentation to support accurate financial reporting. This role suits someone who is organized, comfortable working through historical transactions and able to exercise sound judgment when information requires further clarification.

Qualifications:

Post-secondary education in accounting or a related field.

At least three years of relevant accounting experience, including bank and balance sheet reconciliations.





Solid understanding of general ledger accounting and journal entries. Proficiency in Excel and experience with accounting software.

Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with the bookkeeper and management . Experience bringing histoical reconciliations up to date is an asset.

Pay: $30.00-$48.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
