Job Overview

We are currently looking to hire two individuals to join our team and help maintain our own fleet of approximately 125 trucks and trailers:

1. Certified 310T Mechanic – 1 Position

We are seeking an experienced Certified 310T Mechanic to take responsibility for the maintenance, inspection, diagnosis, and repair of our fleet.

Requirements:

- Valid 310T certification
- Verifiable experience as a heavy-duty truck mechanic
- Self-reliant, dependable, and able to work independently
- Strong diagnostic and repair skills
- Experience working on trucks and trailers is an asset

Responsibilities:

- Perform regular maintenance and repairs on trucks and trailers
- Complete annual safety inspections and PMVs
- Diagnose and repair mechanical issues
- Help keep the fleet safe, reliable, and road-ready
- Maintain accurate service and repair records

Compensation:
Pay will be based on experience, qualifications, mechanical knowledge, and the type and level of work you are capable of performing.

2. Mechanic Helper – 1 Position

We are also seeking a Mechanic Helper to work alongside our experienced mechanics and assist with the maintenance and repair of our fleet.

Requirements:

- Previous experience working around trucks, trailers, or heavy-duty equipment is an asset
- 310T certification is not required




- Mechanical experience and a willingness to learn are significant
- Must be reliable, hardworking, and able to follow instructions
- Comfortable working with and assisting experienced mechanics
- Basic mechanical knowledge and a hands-on approach are an asset
- Able to work independently when required and as part of a team

Responsibilities:

- Assist mechanics with repairs, maintenance, and servicing
- Help with inspections and preventative maintenance
- Assist with annual safety inspections and PMVs
- Perform basic mechanical tasks as directed
- Keep the shop, tools, and work areas clean and organized
- Help ensure trucks and trailers are properly maintained and road-ready

Compensation:
Pay will be based on experience, mechanical knowledge, and the type and level of work you are capable of performing.
