Overview

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Pizza Maker to join our vibrant restaurant team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation, cooking, and delivering exceptional food service experiences. The Pizza Maker will be responsible for preparing delicious pizzas from scratch, ensuring consistency in taste and presentation, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen. Responsibilities

- Prepare pizza dough, sauces, toppings, and other ingredients according to established recipes and standards
- Cook pizzas using various methods such as oven baking or grilling, ensuring proper cooking times and temperatures
- Assemble pizzas with precision, maintaining consistency in portioning and presentation
- Ensure all food handling practices adhere to safety and sanitation standards
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including equipment, utensils,



and work surfaces
- Assist with food preparation tasks for other menu items as needed
- Serve customers at the counter or during dine-in service with friendly and efficient customer service skills
- Follow all food safety guidelines to prevent contamination and ensure quality standards are met

Experience

- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques specific to pizza making is a plus
- Familiarity with food handling safety regulations and best practices in the food industry
- Experience with meal preparation, cooking, and serving in a fast-paced setting is advantageous
- Strong understanding of kitchen safety protocols and sanitation procedures
