Position Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. The CSR will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere, delivering excellent service, and helping create unforgettable experiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet and check-in customers with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Provide information about activities, pricing, promotions, and safety rules.
- Assist customers with bookings (in-person, online, or by phone).
- Guide groups through pre-game instructions and safety briefings.
- Monitor guest experiences to ensure fun, safety, and satisfaction.
- Handle transactions, process payments, and balance cash at the end of shifts.
- Address customer questions, feedback,



or complaints in a professional manner.
- Support facility operations by maintaining cleanliness and resetting escape rooms and game areas.
- Assist with events, group bookings, and birthday party packages.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive, energetic environment.

Qualifications

- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills and comfort with booking/payment systems.
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to lift/carry up to 30 lbs (room resets, props, etc.).

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $18.25 per hour
